New work!!!

I've been very inspired lately, working like crazy and now the results are here!

First, Alice in Wonderland... I couldn't make my mind about using spools or peg dolls... so I made both!

Which one is your fav? I can't decide!

Now the paintings. First, a couple of birdies. Inspired by the 70 and 80's postcards illustrations.

I read somewhere that 2010 will be the year for women in comics, let's welcome them with Wonder Woman!
Alice is waiting outside the rabbit's hole in case he appears again... she's pretty sure she didn't dream it... or did she?

A pretty sweet girl.. the sweetest thing ;)
Frida in pink. She must be preparing herself for a date with Diego because she looks beautiful in that dress.

And a girl with a big heart!

They were all added to my shop and are ready to go!

I love your work! It's BEAUTIFUL. I Love the Alice in Wonderland Series. I think I prefer the first one. Although the 2nd set is just as adorable given the thread spool and their matching color thread.

Have hearted them and will be back.

Btw, have you check out Syfy's mini series Alice? I am sure you will love it :) Here's the trailer.

I have been reading Alice in Wonderland and Through the looking Glass with my daughter. I read to her when she was little a couple of times and now we are reading again together! i would like to have one of those little dolls in my studio.
