On being thankful....

This year has been very good and special to me.
I'm thankful for many things (that we are healthy, that we have food in our table and are a family, etc) but there are some things that happened this year that will only happen once:

* My daughter learned to read.
* My baby boy learned to walk and turned 1.
* My surgery went well and I've lost about 50 pounds already (yay!)
* After a long absence for work-related stuff, my husband came back home.
* During his absence, my parents stayed with me and my kids.
* I was published in several magazines and had a group show in NY.
* I reached the 6,000 sales goal and people keeps supporting my dream so I can keep on creating.

And the list can go on and on. But now,  since many of the things I've done are because of you I thought a GIVEAWAY was in order :)

3 calendars will be given to 3 lucky readers this Monday!
Just leave a message in this post and tell me, what are you most thankful for this year?

And also enjoy Free Domestic Shipping in my store from today until Monday, just apply the code FREESHIPPING at checkout and...

Have a great Thanksgiving!!!

You have had a wonderful year Danita. I am so happy for you. I am with you on getting rid of excess weight too. 49 lbs so far for me! Hooray for both of us!

I am thankful for many things, but for me personally, it is my art time and the friends I have made online through art.

I hope this holiday seasons brings even more happiness to you and your family.

Hugs,

My year has been amazing too... I am most thankful for finding my awesome boyfriend who treats me so wonderfully and encouraged me to quit my day job and focus on making art this year. It's been such a great year, and I can't wait to see what next year will bring! :)

The last year has been a hard one for me. I'm one of many teachers who have lost their jobs. It's heartbreaking on a daily basis. I'm thankful that I haven't given up, on my ability to teach and my artistic ability as well. There are some things that on one can take away from you!

I am thankful for finding my way out of a toxic relationship and a way towards loving and caring for myself the way always wished he would have. Now I am gently practicing how to love myself enough to allow my creative spirit to shine through. Someday I hope to shine half as bright as you do, Danita!

Congrats on your successful year!

I am grateful for my family and I's health. I am also grateful for the rough year I've had, if it weren't for my struggles, I probably wouldn't have had the courage to go for my dreams of being an artist. :)

May you and your family be blessed with even more happiness and success next year! Happy Holidays!

that is a pretty magical year you have had.

I am thankful for the clever people who invented machines that allow clever people like yourself to share their cleverness with people like me who live down in the bottom of the pacific ocean (I hope that makes sense)?
